2-Year Manufacturing Warranty

Chimæra World warrants that jewelry purchased directly from Chimæra World or from our authorized partners is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

Term: Two (2) years from the original purchase date.

Eligibility: Original purchaser only; non-transferable.

Verification: Original invoice/proof of purchase and professional inspection may be required.

Remedy (at Chimæra World's sole discretion): Repair; replacement with the same or a comparable item; or issuance of store credit.

Quality note: Subtle variations in atelier hand finish and growth signatures within colored lab-grown gemstones are recognized hallmarks of the materials and do not constitute defects.

Exclusions — This Warranty Does Not Apply To:

— Normal wear (including minor abrasions and surface scratches);

— Loss, theft, or accidental damage;

— Changes in metal appearance from exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, perspiration, humidity, pools/hot tubs, perfumes, or cleaning agents;

— Progressive wear of precious-metal components (e.g., prongs) that may loosen gemstones over time;

— Gemstone loss resulting from impact, bending, snagging, or other trauma;

— Service, alteration, or repair performed by any party other than Chimæra World.

Authenticity & Channels: Only authentic Chimæra World products purchased via chimaeraworld.com, Chimæra World boutiques, or authorized Chimæra World retailers, accompanied by the original invoice, are eligible for this warranty.

This warranty is limited to the Chimæra World Jewelry Line and does not apply to Ready-to-Wear or other collections.

Leather Goods

Each Chimæra World leather piece is covered by the applicable legal warranties in effect from the date of purchase.

Only authentic Chimæra World products purchased on chimaeraworld.com, in Chimæra World boutiques, or from authorized Chimæra World retailers, and accompanied by the original invoice, are eligible for warranty consideration.

Ready-to-Wear (Apparel)

Each Chimæra World garment is covered by the applicable legal warranties in effect from the date of purchase.

Only authentic Chimæra World products purchased on chimaeraworld.com, in Chimæra World boutiques, or from authorized Chimæra World retailers, and accompanied by the original invoice, are eligible for warranty consideration.
